Experience
Developed national and local media relations and strategic communication campaigns for a variety of brands and companies in varying industries. Created & conducted executive media training for local/national clientele. s And finally, generated press releases, plans & media advisories on behalf of major brands earning valuable media attention nationwide.
As the Demand Generation Manager, I was responsible for managing a multi-million marketing budget in which I planned and executed multi-channel, multi-touch programs that created new sales pipelines, improved win rates, and increased sales velocity.
Oversaw the internal and external public relations, strategic communication, and community outreach efforts for the Clearlink brand. Launched initiatives that engaged employees and connected them with the community that resulted in earned media attention from all local news outlets.
As the Employer Brand Marketing Manager, I’m responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that attract, nurture, and engage new leads, driving qualified leads through the hiring funnel.
Implemented a digital marketing approach to engaging more than 1,700 employees through targeted email marketing, rhetoric, & content strategy resulting in increased employee engagement by more than 25% over three months’ time.
As the marketing strategy manager, I served as a thought leader and agent for change in continued efforts to build brand awareness and go-to marketing alignment while supporting marketing, sales, associations, and partner enablement programs.
